Currently I’m in a use case to plan for TofT heirarchy to a specific portfolio. In my case, 80% projects are coming from either from product X or Y or Z epics, gets funded by finance team M, but execution done by IT TofT D with teams as A, B and C). I should be able to see the work and financials tracking at all 3 levels (IT, Product, Finance). What’s the best way to map this TofT D? Is it under IT portfolio (physical people reporting org) or under Finance Portfolio ( funding org)? Whatever will be the suggestion, how we can track work at all IT portfolio level, product portfolio level and finance portfolio levels? Highly appreciate to list out all possible options for the above use case work tracking
