Unassigned backlog items showing in live roadmap

I'm looking at the Live Roadmap in Align.  I have a Program selected and specific Program Increments.  I would expect that only features with the selected Increments would display in the roadmap, but in addition to those features, I'm also seeing all of the features with "Unassigned Backlog" as their Program Increment.  Is this the expected behavior?

In the Roadmap, you can choose whether to see only the planned items or the unplanned items (those in the Unassigned Backlog) or both.

Click the View Configuration button in the upper right, and you'll see these options.

Pick the Unplanned Work Items tab, then choose which options to you want to see.

I answered my own question.  There is a configuration option to show Planned and Unplanned items.  I de-selected Unplanned.
