Unable to cancel a user story

Hello,

I'm unable to cancel a user story which has an Iteration in progress. I have also tried unlocking the iteration but still see the same error message "“THIS OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS STORY”.  I have a role of Scrum master in Jira ALign which has the rights to perform this action. PFA screenshot below for the same. Kindly suggest here.

@LAXMI ABHINAV REDDY ARAE  Check to see if you have been allocated to the iteration.

  1. Open the Iteration in Jira Align
  2. Click on the Members tab. 
  3. Verify you are listed as a user (located below Team Statistics and Math Guidance buttons)
  4. If you aren't, click on the drop down next to Team Members, select your name.
  5. You should now be listed as a user.
  6. Click on Save.
  7. You should now be able to cancel the story.
