TLS10 is not accepted by client preferences

We are no longer receiving E-mail from customers coming into our Project

The error observed is

"The server selected protocol version TLS10 is not accepted by client preferences [TLS12]"

Has anybody observed this before?

Does anybody know if Atlassian have made any changes that may be causing this issue?

Thanks in anticipation of your response

@Nicholas Frain Just to confirm you are getting this error in Jira Align or Jira?  I'm not in support but searched in our internal Jira system and did not find any errors meeting this in Jira Align.  I did find some older Jira support tickets that referenced the TLS12 error.

If this is error is related to Jira, Jira Service Management or Jira Service Desk (since you mentioned projects), I suggest you submit a support case to Atlassian as they will be better equipped to search and provide possible answers to your issue.

Thanks for responding, Tom.

It's looking increasingly like an internal server issue which handles our E-mail routing

Thanks again,
