From the below linked article, it states the Go-Live field will appear once all information has been entered and the save button has been clicked.

Thanks in advance - Tom
Hello Tom,
The article mentions:
"When the release vehicle’s status is set to Launched, the Go Live date is automatically set for today's date. The Go Live date cannot be set before the Start date."
This means:
Please also keep in mind:
"If the Launched status is changed to any status other than Closed or Archive, the Go Live date is cleared."

Philipp

You are welcome, Tom!
Concerning the second question: Did you already look at the roadmap release vehicle view (https://help.jiraalign.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002418293) or the release vehicle grid view?
