Red, green numbers on Roadmaps

Hi lovelies, what would the little red and green numbers represent on this roadmap ?

I am assuming it's 

• Green numbers indicate that the work items are on track or have been completed within the planned timeframe.
• Red numbers signify that the work items are ahead/behind schedule or have issues that need attention

But want to double check. If anyone can confirm pretty please I'll owe you one

@Nicolae Victor Rusu Thanks for your question.  

The Green Numbers indicate stories which are inside the timeframe of it's parent (Feature).

The Red Numbers indicate stories which are outside the timeframe of it's parent (Feature). 

Example

 

The Feature "PST: Forecasting Enhancements (Split-Part 2) has two stories that are inside the Program Increment of the Feature and 1 that is outside the Program Increment.
