Questions about Jira ALign licenses. Is JIra Align worth the money and what is it for?

I have some very important questions about the Jira Align product.
Our purchase of this product depends on it!

Could you please answer these questions?

1. ) What is user integration in Jira Align, what does it mean in general?

2. ) How do we understand how many licenses we need (how many will be enough) of Jira ALign if we have 1200 licenses of Jira Cloud Premium?

3. ) We are using a program like Tability, maybe you have heard something about it? Could you please compare what is the difference and what is the difference between Jira Align and Tability?

First of all, thanks for getting in touch with us! we appreciate your interest in Jira Align!

I'd like to start trying to answer your first question.

1. What is user integration in Jira Align, what does it mean in general?
   • I found this amazing community article that I believe will answer your question.
   • In essence, Jira Align has two types of users: Full and integrated. 
   • The basic information you know and get from our product page is as follows:
     • Full users have access to all of Jira Align's capabilities, while integrated users are those who perform their work in Jira or another team tool and whose work items are synchronized to Jira.
     • Integrated users only need limited, team-level access to Jira Align. You don't pay for the team-level users. With your Jira Align subscription, you get 4x that number of integrated users for each full Jira Align user!

Due to the nature of questions #2 and #3, we would recommend you get in touch with our Sales reps. They're the best ones to review your needs and bring the right people into the conversation.

However, prior to doing so, there are a number of resources you can review in advance, and then move on with.

1. Jira Align Demo Center: a series of short demo videos (Jira Align Product Overview, Strategic Intent, and Outcome Alignment, Agile PI Planning, Dependency Management, and much more).
2. Atlassian Community questions
3. Jira Align demo videos: hosted on Atlassian channel on YouTube.
4. Request access to Launchpad instance:  a guided trial experience for Jira Align. Based on your role, Launchpad introduces you to key tasks in Jira Align through a series of overview videos and detailed step-by-step simulations.
   • Once your Launchpad instance is created, you will receive an email with access.
   • It will include simulations and demo data. It will be good for 7 days.

And then finally, you can reach out to the Sales representatives we've mentioned, to request your own demo.
