Migration Cloud to Cloud using Migrate Cloud Site BETA

Hello all, I recently migrated projects from two sites in different cloud instances using the Migrate Cloud Site BETA ... and it worked ... but not at first. 

Funnily, one of the four projects migrated without the correct org admin access. Once I had Org Admin on both the source and destination, the most complex project migrated while the projects with no content did not. Also, projects created from scratch with no changes or issues would not migrate ... want to know why?

The Default Field Configuration on the source was conflicting with the Default Field Configuration on the destination instance. Create a dedicated DFC on the Source and it was done.

Anyone else have any pearls of wisdom?
