Hi guys, here it's my scenario:
I have 2 Jira Software Cloud instances integrated to my Jira Align.
We will merge those 2 Jira Software instances into one.
I understand that, for the connector configuration, nothing will have to be changed, but, on the Projects vs Program configuration, and also boards, which would be the best approach to mitigate the impact on this?
If the Jira IDs on the projects, versions, issues, boards, sprints, and statuses change (which usually happens when items are copied from one Jira environment to another without a full site backup and restore), we'll need to update the Jira IDs saved in Jira Align to make sure items are linked correctly and the sync picks up without an issue. I'd suggest submitting a support ticket so we can have a quick chat and help put the right plan in place.
