For users who have connected Jira to Jira Align, what Portolfio work tree have you used to represent and large enterprise Portolfio work tree?
Cpability> Initative> Feature> USer Story > Task?
Any recommendations?
@Lee Street The work item structure in Jira Align is pre-configured as Theme > (Portfolio) Epic > Capability (if enabled) > Feature/Jira Epic > Story > Task/Jira Sub-task. The highest level Jira will sync with is the Feature/Jira Epic.
Capabilities are not turned on be default. Be enabling, it is recommended to determine if these are truly needed. Once they are turned on for a portfolio, they cannot be turned off. If they are turned on and determined later they are not needed, a whole new portfolio will need to be created and data moved. This is not an easy task.
