Is there anyway to connect a JIRA Align sandbox with our internal JIRA Environment?
@Marge
If you are referring to a Jira Align Launchpad instance, no. Launchpad instances do not connect to external (customer) Jira instances. If your organization has both a Jira Align sandbox and production instance, yes, you can connect your sandbox instance to one of your internal Jira instances.

Derek
Hi Derek
Thank you for the response. We would like to get a sandbox for JIRA Align and connect to our existing JIRA instance. I am not sure what a JIRA Launchpad is. We are looking to view the functionality of JIRA Align and would like to get access to a sandbox to do that.. is that possible? And if so, who can I contact to discuss the details with? Thank you in advance

Marge,
If you are an existing customer, you have both a Sandbox and a Production Jira Align environments. You would be outside of the Atlassian firewall.
If you are an existing Atlassian customer, please contact your sales rep. If not, please contact us via the get in touch (see at the bottom of the linked page)
This starts the process of connecting you with the right person.
