How do I set "done" status


I've noticed that some of my task have status "done" under the "resolution" column. I've read the forum and found out that the "resolution field" must be filled during a transition in order to aquire this status. 

The problem is, I don't have this field, nor can I add it to issue layout in the setting.

Where can I find it?
