Epic backlog in Jira Align does not depict Jira Align Epics; how to fix it?

When I use the path (Portfolio>Backlog>Epic Backlog), it does not depict Jira Align Epics, it depicts Features (Jira Epics). What could be the issue, pls suggest how to resolve it.

However, when I use the path (Portfolio>Backlog>Capability Backlog) and  (Portfolio>Backlog>Feature (Jira Epic) Backlog), Capabilities and Features (Jira Epics) respectively show up.

I can see Jira Align Epics grid using the Path (Portfolio>Epics).

@Vinay Sharma If you select Portfolio > Backlog from the left navigation, the backlog dropdown in the upper left should display the respective backlogs. You may not have permissions to view the Epic backlog. Can you confirm you have permissions to view the backlog in the given Portfolio?

Regards,
Derek

Thanks @Derek Huether for the quick response. Yes, I have the permission to view/edit the Epic Backlog. I am able to search the added Jira Align Epic via Search Button via its Id in the same page.

Thank you @Vinay Sharma for the additional clarification. I tested your use case in a few local environments and was unable to reproduce. My result is the expected result. Selecting Portfolio > Backlog will refer me directly into the (Portfolio) Epic backlog. Program > Backlog will refer me directly into the Feature backlog.

If you have the ability to view/edit Epics, but selecting on Portfolio > Backlog is still referring you to the wrong place, I believe this is a permissions issue. Check with your local Jira Align admin and confirm your team memberships. You may be excluded from the team that you have selected in your top tier filter.

If your Jira Align admin confirms you do have team membership on a Portfolio level, I would suggest escalating your issue and submitting a support ticket.

I hope this helps and can resolve your issue.
