We are having Sprint review manually now where the whole team discusses What went wrong and good with the Sprint looking at the Scrum boards in Jira . I find this task manual There are high chances that we might miss some important points due to human error .

Is there a way in Jira where we can automate the Sprint Review process

The answer is Yes and you don't need a plug-in, although you may need your admin to enable "Team Meetings".  We refer to the ceremony you described above as the Team Retrospective and it can be performed interactively or asynchronously.  See the screenshot below.
