Any way to add stories to completed sprints?

Is there anyway to add stories to a completed sprint?

For some reason, sync between Jira and Jira align did not come through and stories the team worked on is in unassigned backlog.

Once a sprint is marked as completed in Align, you can't make changes to it. But if you have the appropriate Team Role, can you reopen the sprint, add the stories, then complete the sprint again.

Once you correct your synch issue (and there's a lot of great troubleshooting information here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Align-articles/Jira-Align-and-Jira-Integration-Best-Practices-and-FAQ-Table-of/ba-p/1253497 ) you can go into iteration screen and unlock it.

You'll get a warning message because you're changing the scope of a sprint that's completed, but if you're trying to clean things up, that's OK. (And this is something that teams frequently have to do when they bring they're data into Algin and get the visibility into the complete structure and realize they haven't been updating status as they move along. We call this the "cleaning your room" stage.)

Hi all, I have reopened a sprint and was able to add a story to that sprint, but from within the story itself. However, when I go to Boards --> Active Sprint and view it, I see all the stories we closed out but I do not see my new story added.

When I made the story and assigned it to the reopened sprint, Jira's popup said '.. is not visible".

Can anyone assist here? It's an odd glitch b/c I can be in the story and click on Sprint field and now see the reopened sprint, but I cannot see it in the dynamic filter on my dashboard... And I also cannot see the story in the reopened sprint on our Sprint Board.
