We have activated Kanban teams in Jira Align. Although there is a consolidated view of Scrum and Kanban teams, but information related to Kanban seems limited. Could someone recommend any useful view, report, dashboard that could be beneficial to achieve following outcomes.
With our current structure and usage of Jira Align, Program Room will be actively used by Program owners. In current view, few of the widgets are not applicable for Kanban teams. For a Program Owner, it will be useful to have more clarity of Team progress and impact to Runway (inclusive of all teams).
•WIP limit view for Teams and how is team delivering against it. This will help setup a culture for Kanban Teams and help attain a regular flow of work that can be more predictable in delivery.
•Issues In / Issues Out Report based on priority and severity of work.
•What is the Team Load and how quickly is the team able to resolve tickets.
