Reporting and Analytics with Jira Align

Agile teams, transformation and portfolio leaders as well as executives all want to know how well they are doing against larger strategic objectives.  Areas of interest may involve team alignment to business goals; pivot/persevere investment decision-making; program troubleshooting and confidence assessment in delivering against overall objectives.

Jira Align’s reporting and analytics allow these stakeholders to ask questions in these areas of inquiry and get real-time, up-to-date information so that action can be taken at the right level and at the right time.  Reports can zoom in to a particular increment, release or entire portfolios, with multiple levels of detail, including organizational structure, portfolio, program levels for further analysis.  Health indicators, filters, i.e., PI dates and financial views bring a focus to ensuring schedule, budget, risk, scope and quality are always front and center for all stakeholder decision-making.  Additional details on Jira Align’s reporting and analytics capabilities can be found in this video.  Have a look and leave me a comment!
