Backlog Management with Jira Align

Product owners and managers, scrum masters and release train engineers (RTE) can optimize high-value throughput for their customers when they dynamically collect, prioritize and execute work using agile methods.  The Jira Align backlog is a holding tank for collecting ideas for work to be done, awaiting refinement, prioritization and insertion into the right program increment (PI) for execution.  Jira Align backlog management supports a variety of needs for product owners and managers, scrum masters and RTEs alike, with features like ranked work item and kanban views; prioritization using drag-and-drop and/or t-shirt size, WSJF and value scores; and planning support for sprints and PIs.

For a deeper dive on how Jira Align can help product owners and managers, scrum masters and RTEs optimize for high-value throughput, check out this video.  And as always, do leave me a note with your thoughts.
