Members section is empty in Hipchat

Hello all,

one of my enterprise user reported that his Members sections is empty in group conversations. Issue does not occur on phone application, just on Windows 10. This is the only user affected out of 140 in the office.

Version that he uses is 4.30.1.1663. App has been reinstalled with same result.

Have you ever come across such issue?

Hi, Jakub.

First things first. Can you please ask the affected user to upgrade the Windows client to the latest version 4.30.6.1676 according to the release notes

If the issue is still impacting the user after that, let us try to drill further down to understand the issue:

  • Has the user tried to reproduce the issue on the web client as well?
  • Is it happening to every room or only specific rooms?
  • Has the user tried to close the room(s) and rejoin them again?
  • Was the user able to reproduce on other desktop clients as well?
