If I got this right, you want HipCht client to automatically start on boot instead of manually turning it on from the client to start automatically? If yes, then I'm afraid we don't have the features at this moment and you have to manually turn it on to make the client autostart.
Meantime, I've raised a feature request on behalf of you, so I suggest you vote and watch the feature request so that you'll receive an update once we have anything on the feature request.
