Integrating JIRA with Hipchat error

This is what show in jira log:

Failed to ping HipChat. com.sun.jersey.api.client.ClientHandlerException: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset com.sun.jersey.api.client.ClientHandlerException: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

I am trying to integrate to https://my co hipchat address

The address goes to LB.

The error looks very similar to the one mentioned in the KB below, where JIRA is forcing a connection over TLSv1.0 with HipChat
