I started a chat group so I had an account so I can join a company group
I now need to delete as you can only be in one group it seems.
I have no password
I have no verification email even though I re-requested
I just seem to be trapped in a loop
Not a good start
There are a couple possibilities:
1) You should be able to go to https://www.hipchat.com/forgot_password and enter your email in order to set/reset your password. After that you can login and delete your account as normal
2) If the reset password flow doesn't work, it's possible you made a typo in your email when signing up. You can contact email@example.com and include your name / email and they should be able to get you sorted out
