How do I create a chat room in HipChat 2.4?
I've just installed HipChat 2.4 (2018.05.10.074812) on an in-house server. I'm logged in as the local admin account, but don't see the widget (hamburger) for creating a room as shown in the pic at this link
I tried logging in as a "regular" user (with Admin privs), but still no Create button or Sidebar/Hamburger.
What am I missing?
