Change from one Hip Chat group to another

I have a rep that needs to be changed from one Hip Chat group to a different one.  Does she need to be deleted from the one group to be added to the other group?

Dan,

A user can only be in one group in HipChat, so you would need to remove the user from their current group before you can add them to the new group.
