Can hipchat webhook post to a server behind firewall

Hello,

I was a few documents and videos of HipChat which explains how can I get integrations installed for servers behind firewalls. Can you please help find a document if at all its possible to configure server behind firewall to receive webhook notifications?

For now I have setup ngrok to open up tunnel so that HipChat could use it to send messages.

Thanks!

HipChat (cloud) can only reach your server if you make it available on the internet. Using ngrok is fine as a temporary solution, but ideally, you should figure out a secure way to open your firewall for your service.
