Hello,

I would like to open the (Web-) Chat Window for my Team Members automatically.

Background: All my team members are working in the Business App iscrm - so, when one ist entering the Business App I would like open Hipchat automatically.

Is that possible?

I'm not entirely sure of the specific scenario you're describing, but I think that you'd benefit from setting up single sign-on authentication:

Connecting to a SAML identity provider for single sign-on
