I have tried running the $FISHEYE_HOME/bin/stop.sh and it does not stop the running fisheye/crucible instance. My instance of fisheye/crucible is running on Solaris 10
Any error? Are you running as a different user who doesn't have permission?
After looking at the error it is working properly. We had modified the script slightly and forgot to end the if with a fi. After fixing it the script works again.
