After updating our Crucible license I was getting a message stating that we had exceeded our user limit because it was picking up all our Jira users through the global permission settings. However, after updating our global permissions I am unable to log in, even with the administrators account. Is there a way to revert the global permission settings, or some other way to allow me to log in?
Hey Mark,
Every FishEye/ Crucible instance has a local administrator account that you configure upon setup. You can always login with this user despite any permissions that could have been configured by accident. If you don't know the password for this user you can reset this user's password with the following instructions:
