Question regarding FishEye log file

Hello there,

Just a quick question. Anyone knows when

<fisheye_install_folder>/logs/support/*.log

files are created? What operations are logged in these files? Please advise.

This widget could not be displayed.

These files are created when you create a Support Zip.
The Support Zip contains the config.xml, log files, and some other configuration information.
The log files in the Support Zip are the same files that are stored in the var/log/ directory.
Basically the Support Zip just gathers existing files from your installation and packs them up, it doesn't perform any new actions.
