Hello Everybody,
I have JIRA 4.3 connected with Fisheye & another JIRA instance connected with (another)Fisheye instance.
My requirement is to Merge all JIRA & Fisheye instances.
For JIRA , we can use Restore Single Project Backup
I am not knowing, how we can do it for Fisheye?
Challenge for Fisheye is URL would be changing , how will it be reflected in JIRA issues under commits.
Just a thought, once you merge your Fisheye instance, recreate the application links and project associations of Fisheye projects to Jira projects. This should anyway trigger a complete resync of commit information from Fisheye to Jira. Haven't tried this myself. But this should help.
Hi Renjith,
I understood your view, but how do i merge two Fisheye instances?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
If you are not using Crucible, just add the repositories from one instance to the second one, after the resync period you will have all the data. I do not know whether this is the recommended procedure.
