Is it possible for Crucible to send an email when starting a review?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Starting a review

So you can start a review from Crucible, but is it possible for you to send an email when you do start? Our Crucible is sending emails for updates but not for the initial review. Thus our users need to send an email notifying each other of review. I have checked the settings, and all the email settings buttons point to "Immediate" notification.

Hi Mike,

All the reviewers should already get an email when the review they are in is started:

If you have 'State change' notifications enabled in your profile, you should be getting an email like the one pictured above, when a review you're participating in starts.

If you're not you might be facing a bug. Please check the application logs, and don't hesitate to raise a support request, if you're still having issues.
