How do I re-establish the links?

Hi,

After configuring Fisheye and Jira to talk to each other which it appears they are doing so, a developer asked where the source tab was. Not knowing a great deal about the two applications I decided to hunt down a solution, which seems to be that the remote API needs to be enabled. I have enabled it and restarted the jira\fisheye services but I cant see how I "re-established the application link using Trusted, re-establsihed the Project link" can anyone tell me how I do this please?

It wasnt the links that were the problem, I needed to set the trusted authentication up. Now it works
