I'm currently the administrator for my company's Crucible server (though I'm trying to convince our corp IT folks to take it over in the near future). We've been using Crucible with eval licenses for the last two months. Twice now I've seen Crucible stop updating. It happened for the second time on Friday and I was out of the office through the following Tuesday. When I got back to the office, every repo was reporting no updates for the last 70 hours. I restarted crucible and it began updating again.

Has anyone else seen this behavior? If so, can you provide some advice on what might be causing it and how to prevent it?

UPDATE: I'm not sure it's relevant but I thought I'd point out that we've got Crucible indexing both Subversion and Git repos and we see the same behavoir with both types.

I'd start with analyzing the logfiles to see if there are any errors reported that would explain why the repos are no longer updated.
This can be Java heap errors, communication problems with the version control software server, etc.
