Basic Question about Review in Crucible

After going through https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CRUCIBLE/authors+in+Crucible

I understand that a review must have a moderator but creator or author being optional. When we create a review , is it enough only we give moderator name .

Actually I am quite sure Author is the only mandatory field, moderator may be required depending on the project config.
