Anything we should care about when integrating one FishEye with two JIRA instances?

Hi there,

I believe it is possible to integrate one FishEye with two JIRA instances via application link.

Is there anything we should care about when we opt for the above configuration? Especially, should we care about performance, any duplication of commit message etc?

I've asked this question to Atlassian support.

Basically it should work fine so long as you separate project keys between JIRA instances.
