To migrate your Bitbucket repos and other related data from one account to another you have a few options:

For me, there is not enough information.

• What do you mean by “account”?
• What is meant by “quantity structure”?
• What do you mean by “create complete holistic solution on same”?

Atlassian has some migration information in their documentation.
