I'm pretty new to Jira. I find a lot of people mentioning me in comments '@<my UID>. What is the best way to see those in a single search?

Not very helpful... the "work around" does not work. I get tickets where my name is not in any of the text.
As a director in QE, I get a lot of mentions, I need to be able see my mentions, sort by ticket priority and last updated fields. A lot of people copy me.
