Can not browse ticket in project

I get an error cannot retrieve a ticket on the project below

Hi @Hop Vu , 

To browse tickets in a particular project, you will need Browse Projects permission at Project level. 

 Project Settings --> Permissions --> Project permissions --> Browse Projects 

Also, you can assign permissions at the Issue level within the Project.

Project Settings --> Permissions --> Issue permissions

I am admin level in the project but I still can not Browse Projects. I have resolved the issue the other step.
