The Atlassian Community can help you and your team get more value out of Atlassian products and practices.
We are currently utilizing JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Crowd and have been configuring and administrating per the documentation of Atlassian. We have run into some issues with configuring Crowd with SSO and our AD Directory, which we believe some formal training on the administration side of these applications will relieve some of these issues. I notice that Atlassian doesn't offer training for Crowd or some of the devtools and we are inquiring if any other users have recommendations?
Tell us a bit more about the issues that you see, and we might be able to point you to some material. Unfortunately a lot of implementations such as SSL, apache mod proxies is not covered by support and will not be part of whatever training Atlassian or their expert partners have to offer, so it all depends on the complexity of your setup. Elaborate more, and if you feel content check out their expert partners for available trainings.
