When are the attribut of user updated ?

We have a Crowd server set with a Jira server.

While managing user, I've come up with some strange thing.

In Crowd profile of user, attributs of profile as like that

Last active : 1643187736929 was GMT: Wednesday 26 January 2022 09:02:16.929
Last authenticated : 1643181881675 was GMT: Wednesday 26 January 2022 07:24:41.675

While in Jira, for the same profile of user, we have for Loggin details

Last: Yesterday 07:36 (so this should be 3rd february 07:36 GMT+2)

How can I explain this to security team ?

It's not the first time we have some difficulties understanding the values of Last active and Last authenticated.

Any chance that the user is able to login to your Jira environment using a Jira local account? This would explain a discrepancy between when Jira thinks a user last authenticated and when Crowd thinks a user last authenticated.

No that's shouldn't be the case. We only have users in Crowd and have check this.

Plus those attribute are not set when only browsing and using the feature "Connect as" provided by Scriptrunner or while settings some Jira Automation ...
