After having followed https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CROWD/Migrating+Crowd+Between+Servers, and also https://confluence.atlassian.com/crowdkb/restoring-passwords-to-recover-admin-user-rights-283642653.html, I am not able to connect to Crowd.
I am systematically redirected to the Crowd Login page without error on browser side, nor on Server side.
The only error occured during the restore ...
org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCurrentlyInCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'pluginUpgradeManager': Requested bean is currently in creation: Is there an unresolvable circular reference?
This error is already raise in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CWD-4163 ... But there is no detail about the impact on Crowd.
I have also checked the crowd.properties as mentionned in KB.
Any idea.
Thanks
Hi @Vincent Thoulé!
I believe that the error message that you are seeing in logs is not related to your problem.
Have you tried to clear cookies or maybe login in the chrome icognito mode?
Best regards,
Marcin Kempa
I do not have yet cleared cookies, but when the problem occurred, I was with FF. And since I am investigating on the subject, I have installed Chrome (then no cookies) and encountered same issue.
I am currently starting to make same test with a 2.8.4.

Same behavior with 2.8.4.
Is there a way to enable more logs

Here is documentation on how to change log levels in Crowd: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CROWD/Logging+and+Profiling
Maybe if you could paste here output from developers console / network we could tell more what's happening.
Best Regards,
Marcin Kempa
