We upgrade the license 3 months ago, for updating the n. of users

i ask where i check the number of active users and one possible solution or some workaround

That crowd has activated all users on LDAP
So did you manage to resolve the issue? Or does your Crowd instance is still failing because of this license error?

This error might be because your license is not valid or the license expired or the Crowd build is not within license maintenance period.
You can check your Crowd logs for a detailed reason. Please look for ERROR for the following class:
StartupListener
Once we know detailed error, we may suggest a solution for you.
