I have a test instance that is a replica of the real that has crowd/jira integration.
Since the test servers can't see the real once I can't login to Crucible since the crowd fails.
How do I get out of this?

Hey.
You should reset your admin password (as described here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/How+to+reset+the+Administration+Page+password+in+Fisheye+or+Crucible) and after you've logged in using that resetted password you'll be able to change authentication settings and/or disable Crowd in your Crucible.
Don't forget to change the admin password again after you're done fixing.
Cheers!
