Crowd Installation results in HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error

Hi,

This keeps happening during setup after pressing continue on DB connection step. Here is the exception:

Hi @[deleted], 

What is the version of Crowd you are trying to set up?

You can verify whether you have the correct permissions for the Crowd Installation and Home Directories and for the Database. 

Also, check whether the port number is not being used by some other applications. 

Also, verify that there is sufficient memory on the server to run the Crowd.
