Dear Team,
In our company, CROWD is the authentication backbone for other Atlassian products (like JIRA, Bitbucket, Fisheye, Confluence, etc.). The thing is, ever since we set the password policy in CROWD (where we set the maximum invalid password attempt to 3), users start to face some problems. The users being logged out and they are required to do the reset password.
Since our CROWD is integrated with other Atlassian products, the problem might occurred due to the invalid password from these applications. So my question is, what is the best way to get a log file mentioning the 'application where the invalid login happened'?
For example, I tried to login to Bitbucket, and unfortunately I inputted the wrong password 3 times. Then, in the log file it mentions 'Bitbucket' as the 'Application where the invalid login happened' .
