I haven't quite understood your question. So, you the guests receive the message that all licenses are used...There is no limit of how many guests you can add to your space. It would be the best to send a screenshot of the issue (blurring all of the confidential data).

Understood, can you clarify what this means: we have 10 users so should be able to add 50 guest....we only have 13?
