unable to log in to Atlassian account using all the brower

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I couldn't log in to account in all the brower in one notebook, it always show "Check that your browser allows third-party cookies and then try again using the button below (without refreshing the page):". I'm sure my configuration is right.

But I can log in to account in another notebook. 

I confused what's the problem?

The failing machine has something on it that is blocking access to one or more servers that are serving up Atlassian's sites  (For example, to use the community, you have to be able to access community.atlassian.com and id.atlassian.com - block either of those and you can't log in)
