Hi @Uta Samaga
Go to Space settings > Content > Attachments
There, you can reorder the table by Attachment size (click Size).
Hope this helps.
Thank you very much @Kristian Klima .
I already saw this aswell. And I found pages with large attachments this way. But I suspect that our real challenge are pages with a lot of medium and small attachments wich were generated by copying existing pages, editing those pages and attaching new images without noticing that every image keeps as attachment to this page in every copy. And then the edited pages have been copied again and again and so on.
As @Nikola Perisic already wrote my fate will probably be to manually search and check for candidates.

@Uta Samaga well, there seems to be an app for that :)
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222381/attachments-manager-for-confluence?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
I can imagine using this app, or a similar one, for house cleaning, albeit for just a couple of months if I had to deal with legacy issues within my Confluence.
Also, it's likely this can be achieved programmatically but don't ask me how as this is beyond my knowledge.

Thank you very much. That's a good idea. I'll have a look at it.

Hello @Uta Samaga , this can be done on the space level, to do this:
As a result, you will get a CSV file, for example:
Storage used (MB) will show how much each space is taking

Thank you very much for your quick reply @Nikola Perisic . This is what I found already. But now I would like to know which could be the largest pages that are responsible for the greatest space consumption. Is there any possibility?

Not by the native functionalities in Confluence @Uta Samaga , no.

Hello @Uta Samaga ,
Unfortunately, I can't suggest a native solution either.
If you are not inclined to use 3rd party apps, our Viewtracker app can help.
If you are interested in which Spaces increased most in attachment storage in the defined period, you can consult this list in the Instance Report.
In the Spaces, you have a corresponding list showing which pages had the most storage increase.
You have the Attachment Report, where you can sort the viewed/downloaded attachments by size.
Finally, you have the Content Usage Report, where you can list all attachments (set Attachments as content type) that have not been viewed/downloaded (set the activity filter "content without views") in the defined period. You can also delete attachments no longer viewed directly from the report.
Kind regards,
Mattia
