some users gets strange error as soon as they login

Hi Friends,

Some of our users get a strange error when login.

Here is the picture of the error:

When this error occurs, the page is blank and user cannot even logout.

We tried with different web browsers "chrome, new Edge, Firefox" and get the same error.

We tried with a different user account on the same PC. The issue does not happen with a different account. So I know the issue is related to the account not the PC itself.

I try to search this error code and find nothing online about this.

Please help us with this.

Hi Sam,

do you have you’re users linked via a directory? Also have they tried logging into start.atlassian.com? 
you more than likely need to collect the list of users having issues and submit a ticket to Atlassian. But if they also can’t login to start.Atlassian.com it helps narrow down account overall vs application specific

Thank you. I have figured it out. It is a firewall issue.

Looks like when login, Atlassian will also need to access URLs like:

https://aid-static-assets.prod.atl-paas.net

When we allow it on the firewall, everything is fine.
