share newly created confluence doc over email

I want to share newly created confluence doc via email on specific time and day in a week.

and the docs would be saved in one folder, the only change would be date value in the doc tittle and content of the doc, so once doc is created will verify and then that should be sent on next day of doc creation

In the email, are you wanting to share:

• a link to the Confluence page? The people receiving the email will need to have access to view the page in Confluence.
• the content of the Confluence page? This is more complicated, as I'm sure you are looking for a more automated process than having to go in and export the page to a PDF and email that.

Atlassian recently made the Automation feature available for Free and Standard plans (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-articles/Introducing-Confluence-Automation-in-Free-and-Standard-plans-Dec/ba-p/2890646), you may be able to set one or both of these scenarios up through Automation. Keep in mind, however, that you can only execute automation rules 100 times per month with the Standard plan, so that might be an issue if you have many such documents.
